Q: Are you a manufacturer ?

A: Yes, since 2008, we have owned a 2000-square-meter bag factory. We would be happy to introduce our factory via video, and you are welcome to visit it anytime.

Q: Can you provide samples ? What is the cost and lead time ?

A: Yes, please send the link of the product you like and your requirement to us. If in stock, samples can be sent within 1-2 days. If not, we'll need 3-15 days to create one depending on the complexity. We will quote you the sample fee based on the actual situation of the sample.

Q: What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ) ?

A: For standard models, the MOQ is 500 pcs. For smaller orders, contact us for options. If ordering fewer than 100 pcs, we can recommend similar in-stock products.

Q: What's the normal production time for samples and bulk production ?

A: We will produce samples within 3 days and deliver them to you by expedited shipping. For 500-5000 pieces, fabric prep takes 10-15 days, production and packaging take 20-25 days. It depends on the style and quantity of your order, as well as our production schedule.

Q: Could you do a rush order ?

A: If necessary, we will coordinate with our production department and finish small & urgent order within 10 days.

Q: Can you guarantee the same high quality in mass production as the confirmed samples ?

A: Absolutely. Our sample department consists of a team we have trained in-house for 10-15 years. The sample makers are well-experienced and fully understand customer requirements, ensuring that samples are made according to confirmed specifications, and production follows the same quality as the confirmed samples. Additionally, we have a systematic QC inspection process for pre-production, mid-production, and post-production, along with strict supplier management, quality control, standardized operations, and quality tracking to ensure consistent high quality.

A: 365 days quality warranty for returns or exchanges.
